In Session 4 we learned the plan
Being in the green is groovy, man
It means we’re fine and feeling swell
Our lungs are working really well
The yellow zone means we’re not quite right
It means our airways are getting tight
The red zone means we need to be
Getting to a doctor as quick as can be
Now we’re gonna learn a thing or two
About your lives and the things you do
