Trigger Memory
Target group: any age
Supplies: display board with pictures of triggers, paper and pencil/pens for the class
Activity
- Give each player a blank piece of paper and a pencilor pen.
- Give the players 3 minutes to study a display board, which is full of asthma trigger pictures, at the front of the room.
- After 3 minutes, cover the display board and give the players 2 minutes to write down as many triggers as they can remember from the display pictures.
- Take up answers together; discuss the triggers how to avoid them, etc.
- The player that remembers the most triggers is the winner.
This idea came from the Ontario Public Health School Asthma Project.
