Target group: all
Goal: To promote concepts from asthma videos.
Size: No set size.
Supplies: Various movies. Suggestions include:
- I'm a Meter Reader
- Josh's Excellent Adventure
- Breathless
- The Adventures of Ruffus and Andy
- Wheeze World
Activity
- In small groups (within the large group), ask the students to be a movie critics and rate each movie's entertainment value.
- They will be rated out of seven open airways or lungs.
- Have them record how many good qualities and characteristics each movie portrays related to asthma.
- Each group will briefly present their movie review to the large group at the end.
