Hand out feedback forms.
Hand out a Parent Feedback Form to each parent. Stress the importance of returning the Feedback Forms.
Invite questions and discussion about the value of the program to their children. If necessary, make appointments with parents for further discussion.
Hand out a Child's Feedback Form to each child. Ask them to complete and return the forms before leaving.
Thank the parents for attending.
Have the designated child thank the parents for attending the presentation.
Say your final thank you and goodbye to the children.
